About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead AP, AR, financial closing, daily P&L, consolidation support, and revenue distribution processes
- Ensure strong control over finance operations across multiple entities and jurisdictions
- Drive automation, AI adoption, workflow optimization, and process simplification across finance functions
- Own MIS, dashboards, working capital visibility, and operational finance reporting
- Work closely with business, procurement, treasury, and digital analytics teams
- Support IPO readiness, finance scalability, and operational governance initiatives
- Build and manage lean, high performance finance teams
Requirements
- CA / CPA or equivalent qualification preferred
- Strong hands on experience in finance operations and controllership environments
- Experience in hospitality, real estate, retail, entertainment, or fast moving entrepreneurial businesses preferred
- Strong understanding of IFRS, consolidation, closing processes, and operational finance
- Exposure to SAP, data lakes, AI/automation tools, and finance transformation initiatives preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Financial Reporting, and Data Analysis

What We’re Looking For
- CA / CPA or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Strong hands on experience in finance operations and controllership environments.
- Experience in hospitality, real estate, retail, entertainment, or fast moving entrepreneurial businesses preferred.
- Strong understanding of IFRS, consolidation, closing processes, and operational finance.
- Exposure to SAP, data lakes, AI/automation tools, and finance transformation initiatives preferred.
- Must be highly execution oriented, detail focused, and comfortable operating in an intense, fast moving environment.
- Strong understanding of Credit Management, Cash Flow Monitoring, Vendor Management, and Treasury Coordination.
- Expertise in Financial Systems such as SAP, Oracle, SUN, or similar ERP platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Financial Reporting, and Data Analysis.
- Excellent Communication, Stakeholder Management, and Negotiation Skills.
- Strong Leadership capabilities with the ability to Mentor and Develop High Performing Teams.
- Exceptional Analytical Skills and Attention to Detail, ensuring Accuracy and Compliance across all Financial Operations.
