- Monitor inventory and kitchen cleanliness
- Support menu development and train kitchen staff
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Pastry Chef
- Experience in healthy, gluten free, dairy free, vegan, or allergen friendly baking is a plus
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and kitchen operations
- Leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Good organization and time management skills
- Food Handler’s Certificate (or ability to obtain one)
