Responsibilities
- Contribute to developing the department's annual business plan
- Develop methodologies to identify, approach, and manage relationships with potential partners
- Establish framework for organizing, developing, evaluating, and managing partner relationships
- Monitor performance in line with institutional excellence and quality directives
- Prepare and follow up on implementation of annual operational plan including KPIs and budget
- Develop and implement department policies and procedures
- Support organizational units in developing and managing long term partnerships
- Contribute to identifying strategic partnerships supporting organizational objectives
- Develop, draft, and improve partnership agreements and MoUs
- Develop and manage centralized database of all partners
- Ensure compliance with partner charters and monitor partner satisfaction
- Evaluate partnership impact and submit performance reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in partnerships building
- Strong leadership in planning and executing high impact programs
- Ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams

Job Purpose

Functional Responsibilities
- Contribute to developing department's annual business plan
- Develop methodologies to identify, approach, and manage partner relationships
- Establish framework for partner relationships including policies and guidelines
- Monitor performance in line with excellence directives
- Prepare and follow up on annual operational plan with KPIs and budget
- Develop and implement department policies and procedures

Operational Responsibilities
- Provide periodic reports and data to management
- Deliver performance reports, identify gaps, assess risks, recommend corrective actions
Financial Management
- Provide inputs to Finance Department for budgeting
- Monitor budget implementation and report variances
- Recommend corrective actions for budget deviations
People Management
- Develop workforce planning strategies, recruitment, training plans
- Set departmental objectives and conduct performance reviews
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance
- Identify required competencies and support staff development
- Provide direction on operational and people management matters
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in partnerships building
- Strong leadership in planning and executing high impact programs
