Responsibilities
- Contribute to developing the department's annual business plan
- Develop methodologies and systems to identify, approach, and manage relationships with potential partners
- Establish a framework for organizing, developing, evaluating, and managing partner relationships
- Monitor performance in line with institutional excellence and quality directives
- Prepare and follow up on the implementation of the annual operational plan
- Develop and implement department policies and procedures
- Support organizational units in developing, managing, and sustaining long term partnerships
- Contribute to identifying strategic partnerships that support organizational objectives
- Develop, draft, and improve partnership agreements and MoUs
- Develop, update, classify, and manage a centralized database of all partners
- Ensure compliance with partner charters and monitor partner satisfaction
- Provide advisory support to organizational units on partnership development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in partnerships building
- Strong leadership in planning and executing high impact programs
- Ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams
