Role Overview
Lead and grow Scale AI's technical pre-sales function across the EMEA region.
Define how AI services are introduced to customers from discovery through pilot, deployment, and production success.
This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role combining deal support with building a scalable go-to-market organization.
What You'll Do
- Partner with Sales and regional leadership on technical strategy, qualification, and execution for complex deals.
- Define repeatable pre-sales processes, tools, and playbooks to accelerate customer success.
- Recruit, mentor, and enable a distributed Solutions Engineering and Solution Architecture team across EMEA.
- Lead technical discovery, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept activity so pilots convert into production wins.
- Represent Scale's platform and technology capabilities to executives, technical stakeholders, and partners.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering on customer insights, roadmap discussions, and feature design.
- Develop regional enablement programs for consistent technical excellence.
- Drive pilot conversion, team utilization, revenue influence, and customer adoption metrics.
- Represent Scale at industry events, executive briefings, and ecosystem forums.
