Role overview
Lead and grow the technical pre-sales function across the EMEA region.
Define how AI services are taken from discovery through pilot, deployment, and production success.
Serve as a strategic, hands-on leader balancing deal support with scalable go-to-market organization building.
What you will do
- Partner with Sales and regional leadership on technical strategy, qualification, and complex deal execution.
- Define repeatable pre-sales processes, tools, and playbooks.
- Build, recruit, mentor, and enable a distributed EMEA Solutions Engineering organization.
- Lead technical discovery, demos, and proof-of-concept activities.
- Represent platform capabilities to executives, technical stakeholders, and partners.
- Bring customer insights into Product and Engineering roadmap discussions.
- Develop regional enablement programs and drive technical excellence.
- Track pilot conversion, team utilization, revenue influence, and customer adoption.
- Represent the company at industry events, executive briefings, and ecosystem forums.
What we are looking for
- 10+ years in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or technical consulting, including 4+ years in leadership.
