Position Overview
- The British International School Abu Dhabi is looking to appoint an outstanding Head of Secondary Inclusion to join a well established, highly successful school that offers a world class education for all.
- The Head of Secondary Inclusion will create a culture where staff and students are inspired to achieve their potential.
- They will be a compassionate, values based leader who champions an inclusive culture; models high levels of professionalism and reflective practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure high quality provision for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), English as an Additional Language (EAL), and Gifted & Talented (G&T) learners.
- Work closely with the Head of Inclusion (Whole School), the Primary Inclusion Lead, and the Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
- Involve strategic planning, staff development, and direct student support to promote inclusive, high quality learning experiences across Secondary.
