Overview

We Are Hiring \| Head of Sales – FX/CFD Brokerage \| Dubai, UAE

A fast-growing, Category 1 CMA/SCA-regulated brokerage in Dubai is seeking to appoint an experienced Head of Sales to lead and scale the company’s sales function during an exciting growth and expansion phase.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for a commercially driven professional with a strong background in the Forex / CFD / financial brokerage industry, capable of building, leading, and growing a high-performing sales organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company’s sales strategy and growth plan.
  • Build, lead, and scale retail, institutional, and partnership (IB/Affiliate) sales channels.
  • Drive client acquisition, activation, deposits, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Establish and expand IB / Affiliate / Strategic Partnership networks locally and internationally.
  • Build and manage a strong sales, retention, and relationship management team.
  • Monitor sales KPIs, pipeline performance, conversion ratios, and commercial effectiveness.
  • Work closely with marketing and senior management to align lead generation, conversion, and commercial growth objectives.
  • Contribute to the company’s go-to-market strategy and business scaling initiatives.

Requirements

  • Strong experience within the Forex / CFD / financial brokerage industry.
  • Proven leadership experience in sales, business development, or commercial growth.
  • Strong network and experience with IBs, affiliates, HNWIs, institutional, and retail client acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels, CRM, retention, conversion, and brokerage commercial models.
  • Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams and deliver measurable growth.
