• *A fast-growing, Category 1 CMA/SCA-regulated brokerage in Dubai is seeking to appoint an experienced Head of Marketing to lead and drive the company’s marketing strategy during an exciting growth and expansion phase.*
• *This is a senior leadership opportunity for a marketing professional with a strong background in the Forex/CFD/financial brokerage industry, capable of building, leading, and scaling a high-performing marketing function.*

• ***Responsibilities:***
• *Develop and execute the overall marketing and brand strategy.*
• *Lead client acquisition initiatives, digital performance marketing, and lead generation campaigns.*
• *Manage and optimize paid media, SEO, affiliate marketing, content strategy, and campaign performance.*
• *Build and strengthen the company’s brand positioning and market presence in a highly competitive brokerage environment.*
• *Work closely with Sales, Retention, and senior management to drive qualified leads, deposits, activation, and revenue growth.*
• *Oversee CRM marketing, client engagement, retention campaigns, and lifecycle marketing.*
• *Recruit, lead, and develop the marketing team.*
• ***Requirements:***
• *Strong experience within the Forex / CFD / financial brokerage industry.*
• *Proven leadership experience in marketing, growth, brand, or performance marketing.*
• *Strong understanding of lead generation, paid acquisition, conversion funnels, CRM, retention, and affiliate/IB marketing models.*
• *Experience managing agency relationships, digital channels, and measurable commercial KPIs.*
• *Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.*
