Overview

DEIZ GARAGE is a premium automotive workshop in Dubai, focused on luxury and high-performance cars.

The company provides maintenance and diagnostics, ECU remapping, performance tuning, custom projects, wrapping and PPF, painting, detailing, interior reupholstery and track car preparation.

We are looking for a Head of Sales to lead the commercial performance of our automotive service department.

The main focus of the role is to increase revenue, improve conversion, manage the Service Advisors team, control CRM discipline, reactivate clients, increase average order value and LTV, and develop new sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and improve the performance of the Service Advisors team
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Increase conversion from leads and inquiries to confirmed bookings
  • Control CRM, pipeline, follow-ups, client history, and reporting
  • Reactivate existing clients and build systematic work with the client database
  • Increase average order value, repeat visits, upsells, and LTV
  • Develop new sales channels, including B2B partnerships and referral sources
  • Improve sales scripts, communication standards, and team discipline
  • Analyze conversion, lost deals, revenue by channel, and service category performance

Key Requirements

  • Excellent English is mandatory
  • Proven sales management experience
  • 5+ years in automotive service, aftersales, workshop, dealership, or premium automotive business is a strong advantage
  • Technical understanding of cars and service processes is a strong advantage
  • Strong experience with CRM, sales reports, KPIs, pipeline control, and client database management
  • Experience in managing, training, and improving a sales or Service Advisors team
  • Experience with premium, luxury, or high-net-worth clients is a strong advantage
  • Arabic language is a plus

Compensation

  • Fixed monthly salary: from AED 15,000 and above, depending on experience and qualifications
  • Final salary is negotiable based on the candidate’s background and interview results
  • Quarterly bonus based on sales performance, subject to achievement of the agreed quarterly sales plan
  • Pay: From AED15,000.00 per month
