About the Role

Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger reconciliations
- Process payroll and monitor employee expense claims
- Prepare and file VAT and other statutory tax returns
- Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules
- Assist with internal and external audits
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments regarding financial matters
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
- Support management with financial analysis and decision making
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Experience with ERP or accounting software such as QuickBooks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of VAT regulations and statutory compliance
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
