Role Overview

  • Our client is a leading FMCG manufacturer with a portfolio of well established brands operating across multiple channels and markets.
  • As part of their continued growth strategy, they are seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead the commercial agenda, drive sustainable revenue growth, and strengthen market leadership.
  • THIS ROLE WILL REQUIRE RELOCATION TO DUBAI
  • The HoS will be responsible for developing and executing the commercial strategy across sales, key accounts, distributors, and strategic customer relationships.
  • This is a pivotal role requiring a blend of strategic vision, commercial acumen, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company's commercial strategy in line with overall business objectives.
  • Drive sustainable growth in revenue, market share, and profitability.
  • Lead and develop high performing sales and commercial teams.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key customers, distributors, retailers, and strategic partners.
  • Negotiate major commercial agreements and long term customer partnerships.
  • Identify new business opportunities, routes to market, and growth channels.
  • Ensure effective pricing, trade investment, promotional planning, and margin management.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, and Product teams to deliver business objectives.
  • Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitive activity to inform commercial decisions.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and annual business planning processes.
  • Establish clear performance metrics and drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Represent the business externally with customers, industry bodies, and key stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in a senior commercial leadership role within FMCG, consumer goods, manufacturing, food & beverage, building materials, or a related sector.
  • Demonstrated success delivering significant revenue growth and commercial transformation.
  • Strong experience managing key accounts, distributors, and multi channel sales environments.
  • Excellent understanding of commercial strategy, pricing, profitability, and P&L management.
  • Experience leading and developing high performing teams.
  • Strong negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate plans into measurable business outcomes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related discipline. MBA advantageous.
