Role Description
- This is a part time hybrid role for a Head of Project Management, based in Dubai with the flexibility to work remotely.
- The role involves overseeing project planning and execution, managing project budgets, and ensuring delivery within deadlines.
- Responsibilities include leading cross functional teams, streamlining workflows, and consistently maintaining effective communication across all project stakeholders.
- The Head of Project Management will also drive strategic program alignment and ensure high quality project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong Program Management and Budgeting skills, with experience in handling complex multi faceted projects.
- Demonstrated ability in Team Management and developing collaborative team dynamics to achieve project goals.
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders and convey project requirements and results.
- Proven Analytical Skills to evaluate project performance, identify risks, and implement effective solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; a relevant certification (e.g., PMP or PRINCE2) is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities to prioritize tasks in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.
- Experience in the recruitment or human resources industry is an added advantage.
