Requirements
- Strong expertise in asset integrity management, including inspection planning, condition monitoring, and risk based assessment
- Solid knowledge of engineering principles in relevant disciplines (e.g., mechanical, structural, process) and familiarity with industry codes and standards
- Proven ability to analyze technical data, interpret inspection results, and develop practical mitigation or remediation plans
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in safety and compliance, including understanding of regulatory requirements, HSE practices, and reliability centered maintenance concepts
- Proficiency with relevant software tools for asset management, reporting, and data analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- Previous experience in oil and gas, petrochemical, utilities, or heavy industry environments is highly desirable
- Ability to manage time effectively in a part time, hybrid setting

Role Description
- This is a part time, hybrid Asset Integrity Manager role based in Dubai, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the week.
- The Asset Integrity Manager will oversee the integrity, reliability, and safety of critical assets, ensuring compliance with internal standards, local regulations, and industry best practices.
Daily Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing asset integrity management plans.
- Coordinating inspections and condition monitoring activities.
- Reviewing inspection and maintenance reports to identify risks or deviations.
- Collaborating with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to prioritize corrective actions, optimize asset performance, and extend asset life cycles.
- Preparing technical documentation, integrity assessments, and periodic reports for management.
- Participating in audits, risk reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in asset integrity management, including inspection planning, condition monitoring, and risk based assessment.
