Head of Product – Bamboo Card (Dubai)
We are hiring a Head of Product to lead and scale our product organization at Bamboo Card as we continue to grow our global B2B platform in the rewards, gifting, and fintech space.
This is a senior leadership role for someone who has strong experience building and scaling B2B SaaS or fintech products and is ready to drive product strategy in a fast-growing, API-first environment.
About The Role
- Define and own the overall product strategy across Bamboo Card’s platform ecosystem
- Lead product areas including catalogue, rewards, payments, payouts, gift cards, wallets, and integrations
- Drive the development and scaling of our API-first platform for enterprise customers and partners
- Build and mature product management practices as we transition from a founder-led setup to a structured product organization
- Work closely with a 50–100 person engineering organization to deliver scalable and high-quality products
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Engineering teams to support enterprise client requirements and growth initiatives
- Use data, customer insights, and market trends to inform product decisions and prioritization
Requirements
- Experience in B2B SaaS or fintech startups, ideally with enterprise-facing products
- Strong background in API-first or platform-based products with complex integrations
- Proven experience scaling product organizations from founder-led to structured product management
- Experience working closely with or leading product delivery alongside large engineering teams (50–100 engineers)
- Strong execution mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Payments or payouts
- Wallets or embedded finance
- Rewards or loyalty systems
- Marketplace or catalogue platforms
- Gift card or digital distribution platforms
- Nice to Have:
- Experience with embedded finance ecosystems
- Exposure to global enterprise clients and multi-market platforms
- Experience in scaling fintech infrastructure products
