Role Overview

Required Skills and Experience

- Experienced musical director with the ability to arrange and direct musical components of theatre productions.
- Bachelor's degree in a related subject (preferred).
- Industry experience in performing arts, with a deep understanding of professional musical theatre standards.
- Strong creative vision, capable of transforming scripts and scores into compelling productions.
- Extensive knowledge of musical theatre repertoire, vocal/movement techniques, and performance history.
- Charismatic, hard working, and able to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
- Proven ability to inspire and mentor students of all levels.
Desirable
- Experience teaching BTEC Level 3 in Performing Arts.
