- Define and own full funnel marketing strategy including digital and offline acquisition and retention
- Develop and execute scalable GTM frameworks and end to end campaigns
- Co create and localize brand narrative and positioning for the MENA region
- Oversee media planning and creative execution across performance digital, social, influencer, and ATL channels
- Establish, track, and optimize core marketing KPIs including CAC, CPA, and revenue contribution
- Partner with Product, Design, and Commercial teams to align marketing with product roadmap and pricing
- Build, mentor, and lead a high performing regional marketing team

- Proven experience as Head of Marketing or senior marketing leadership in a B2C digital brand
- Strong digital pedigree and commercial mindset

Role Overview
- Seeking a strategic, growth oriented Head of Marketing (MENA) for a new digital telecom brand in UAE.
- Reports directly to General Manager; responsible for brand positioning, customer acquisition, and GTM execution.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Define and own full funnel marketing strategy for digital and offline acquisition and retention.
- Develop and execute scalable GTM frameworks including core messaging and communication mix.
- Co create and scale distinctive B2C digital brand with local relevance.
- Oversee media planning and creative execution across performance digital, social, influencer, and ATL channels.
- Establish, track, and optimize core marketing KPIs including CAC, CPA, and revenue contribution.
- Partner with Product, Design, and Commercial teams to align marketing with product roadmap and pricing.
