Role Overview
The Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing strategy, driving brand growth, customer acquisition, and revenue across all digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead digital marketing efforts including
- performance marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and paid campaigns
- Manage and optimize customer acquisition and retention strategies
- Oversee brand positioning, content strategy, and campaign execution
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure strong ROI on campaigns
- Collaborate with e-commerce, sales, and product teams to drive growth
- Lead and mentor the marketing team
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of marketing experience, with strong exposure to
- e-commerce or digital businesses
- Proven track record in
- performance marketing and growth strategies
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics tools
- Excellent communication skills
Preferred
- Experience in the Saudi market
- Background in scaling online brands or marketplaces
- Masterβs degree or relevant certifications is a plus
