We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Commercial, Contracts & Procurement to lead and oversee all commercial, contractual, and procurement functions.

The ideal candidate will ensure cost efficiency, contractual compliance, and strategic sourcing while supporting project delivery and organizational objectives.

· Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with business goals

· Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial performance of projects

· Provide commercial insights and support to senior management

· Manage revenue, margins, and overall project profitability

· Lead the preparation, review, and negotiation of contracts (clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers)

· Ensure compliance with contract terms, legal requirements, and company policies

· Manage contract administration, variations, claims, and dispute resolution

· Advise management on contractual risks and mitigation strategies

· Strong knowledge of FIDIC and other contract frameworks

· Develop and execute procurement strategies for cost optimization and efficiency

· Manage vendor sourcing, prequalification, and supplier relationships

· Oversee tendering processes, bid evaluations, and contract awards

· Ensure timely procurement of materials and services in line with project schedules

· Implement best practices in supply chain and procurement operations

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Supply Chain, or related field

· Minimum 12–15 years of experience in commercial, contracts, and procurement roles

· At least 5 years in a leadership or director-level position

· Strong experience in construction, real estate, or large-scale projects

· In-depth knowledge of contract management, procurement processes, and cost control

· Excellent negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

· Strong understanding of Saudi market practices and regulations

· Professional certifications such as MRICS, MCIPS, PMP, or equivalent

· Experience managing mega or multi-project environments

· Strong analytical and financial management skills
