- Oversee daily business operations and ensure efficient company performance
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales and profitability targets
- Lead and manage sales, marketing, after sales, service, and administrative teams
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, and key operational KPIs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
- Drive customer satisfaction and continuous improvement initiatives
- Recruit, mentor, and develop high performing teams
- Prepare and present management reports to ownership and executive leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8–15+ years of experience in the automotive industry, including senior management experience
- Strong knowledge of vehicle sales, after sales operations, and dealership management
- Proven leadership, negotiation, and decision making skills
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Valid driving license

Job Summary
