About Solu

  • Solu is an AI powered women's wellness platform for the MENA market, syncing nutrition, movement, and lifestyle guidance with hormonal cycles.
  • Live on Apple App Store and Google Play, recognized by Dubai Government Innovation, raising $500,000 angel round via SAFE Note ahead of Q4 2026 launch.

The Role

  • This is a hands on execution role, not a strategy only role. You will write the GTM plan and run it yourself.
  • Mandate: take Solu from current state to 3,000 users with clear view of what's working.
  • Work side by side with Product Manager; jointly responsible for funnel from first touch to activated user.
  • Report directly to Founder; no marketing team to delegate to yet.

What You'll Own

  • GTM strategy for 0 to 3,000+ paying users, including channel selection, sequencing, and timeline.
  • Hands on execution: social content, community building, influencer/micro influencer outreach, partnerships, PR.
  • Messaging and positioning translating Solu's core insight into converting copy and campaigns.
  • Funnel ownership with Product on activation, retention, and drop off analysis.
  • Tier conversion strategy for Free, Solu+, and Solu Pro.
  • Honest weekly reporting on what's working, what's not, and actions taken.

What We Need From You

  • Proven experience taking a consumer app from near zero to meaningful early traction in a startup.
  • Executor first: prefer posting content over writing briefs.
  • Understand MENA consumer behavior or prove you'll get there fast.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and no playbook.
  • Can read basic funnel and retention data and act on it.
  • Bonus: experience in wellness, health tech, or women's health.

What This Isn't

  • Not a CMO role managing a team; there is no team yet.
  • Not a role where you outsource execution to agencies.
  • Not a fixed 9 to 5; outcomes based, focused on the 3,000 number.

Compensation

  • Equity only at this stage, structured for part time/fractional commitment tied to growth milestones.
  • Salary begins once Seed round closes (2027).
