- Collaborate with global marketing communications teams (including Denmark) to ensure alignment and best practice sharing
- Contribute as a key member of the MEIA marketing leadership team
- Bring structure and direction in a fast paced, often non linear environment

- Extensive experience in senior marketing communications leadership roles
- Strong track record of leading and developing high performing teams
- Deep expertise in marketing strategy, activation, and execution
- Ability to operate in complex, matrixed, multicultural environments
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Excellent communication skills in English

The Role & Your Impact
- This is a strategic marketing leadership role, not a project management position. You will shape and lead marketing communications in a fast moving, complex environment where success depends on clarity, composure, and strong leadership.
Key Responsibilities
