Responsibilities
- Lead and grow business in assigned territory for Novonesis Animal Health across Silage, Ruminants, and Poultry in BioSolutions
- Ensure channel partner strategy and annual sales objectives and targets are fulfilled or exceeded
- Identify opportunities for customer trials and marketing initiatives
- Provide commercial support related to product performance at key accounts and channel partners
- Provide demand planners with timely sales forecast
- Create annual account plans for key customers and channel partners
- Work with technical teams to draft and execute training needs of channel partners
- Ensure timely updates and internal reporting on market trends and competitor activities
- Maintain account profiles and call reports on CRM systems
- Represent Novonesis on industry forums and trade shows
- Guide potential market opportunities and support regulatory direction for product registration
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent in veterinary, Agronomy, or life sciences
- At least 5 years' experience in animal health and nutrition related sales
- Solid understanding of application and product formulations within ME region
- Excellent track record of building strong customer relationships in the Animal Health segment
- Strong leadership and facilitator competencies with distributors and end user customers
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
- Willingness to travel ~50% of the time primarily in the assigned region

Role Overview
- Account Manager Animal Health & Nutrition ME Saudi Arabia & GCC.
- Manage direct accounts and distributors and accomplish financial, sales, and profit targets in the assigned region for Novonesis Animal Health & Nutrition business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow business in assigned territory for Novonesis Animal Health across Silage, Ruminants, and Poultry in BioSolutions (Probiotics & Enzymes) across direct accounts and channel partners.
- Ensure the channel partner strategy and annual sales objectives and targets are fulfilled or exceeded.
- Identify opportunities for customer trials, and marketing initiatives to support product positioning.
- Provide commercial support related to product performance, at key accounts and channel partners.
- Provide the demand planners with a timely sales forecast.
- Create annual account plans for key customers and channel partners.
- Work with the technical teams to draft and execute the training needs of channel partners.
- Ensure timely updates and internal reporting on market trends and competitor activities.

Potentially Relevant Experience
- University degree or equivalent qualification in veterinary, Agronomy, or life sciences.
- Evidenced knowledge of animal nutrition, health, and production of animal nutrition related products.
- At least 5 years' experience in animal health and nutrition related sales.
- Understanding and experience in feed formulations involving probiotics and enzymes is an added advantage.
- Excellent track record of building strong customer relationships & techno commercial execution in the Animal Health segment.
- Strong leadership and facilitator competencies with distributors and end user customers.
- Ability to identify customer needs and translate needs into mutually beneficial solutions.
- Strong drive, responsible, goal oriented, well organized, and self motivated.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and demonstrated proficiency in MS Office software.
- Willingness to travel ~50% of the time primarily in the assigned region and internationally when required.
