- Lead marketplace seller strategy and operations, driving growth through seller acquisition and retention

- Oversee seller communication strategy and develop educational resources and training programs

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in business development, sales, or sales engineering, preferably in technology, internet, and e commerce sectors
- Experience positioning and selling innovative solutions to new and existing customers and market segments
- Experience successfully leading and developing a team of direct and indirect reports
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of sales team management experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of procurement and source to pay processes (preferred)
- Experience in e commerce (preferred)
- Experience with data analysis including advanced Excel and database analysis (preferred)

Description
- Own one of the key growth engines for Amazon in Saudi Arabia. As the Head of Seller Services, you will lead a team responsible for growing Amazon’s selection and ensuring the success of brands available on Amazon across a portfolio of categories.

A day in the life
- Lead the marketplace PF/category/cohort/Vertical seller strategy and operations, driving growth through seller acquisition, retention, and optimization of the seller experience
- Build and manage a high performing seller services team encompassing on boarding, account management, and support functions
- Establish and track key performance metrics (KPIs) for seller success while developing programs to improve seller satisfaction and performance
- Partner with product, marketing, and other cross functional teams to enhance the seller experience and drive platform growth
- Oversee seller communication strategy and develop educational resources, training programs, and support documentation
- Manage escalations and strategic seller relationships while ensuring compliance with marketplace standards and regulations
Basic Qualifications
- 7+ years of prior work in business development, sales, or sales engineering, preferably in the technology, internet and e commerce sectors experience
