Description

  • Own one of the key growth engines for Amazon in Saudi Arabia. As the Head of Seller Services, you will lead a team responsible for growing Amazon’s selection and ensuring the success of brands available on Amazon across a portfolio of categories.

A day in the life

  • Lead the marketplace PF/category/cohort/Vertical seller strategy and operations, driving growth through seller acquisition, retention, and optimization of the seller experience
  • Build and manage a high performing seller services team encompassing on boarding, account management, and support functions
  • Establish and track key performance metrics (KPIs) for seller success while developing programs to improve seller satisfaction and performance
  • Partner with product, marketing, and other cross functional teams to enhance the seller experience and drive platform growth
  • Oversee seller communication strategy and develop educational resources, training programs, and support documentation
  • Manage escalations and strategic seller relationships while ensuring compliance with marketplace standards and regulations

Basic Qualifications

  • 7+ years of prior work in business development, sales, or sales engineering, preferably in the technology, internet and e commerce sectors experience
  • Experience in business development, sales, or sales engineering, preferably in the technology, internet, and e commerce sectors
  • Experience positioning and selling innovative solutions to new and existing customers and market segments
  • Experience successfully leading and developing a team of direct and indirect reports
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of sales team management experience
  • Knowledge of procurement and source to pay processes or equivalent experience
  • Experience in sales team management
  • Experience in e commerce
  • Experience with data analysis (including advanced Excel and database analysis)
