- Lead logistics planning for multiple concurrent projects, ensuring efficient material flow from procurement to site delivery

- Oversee end to end material management including forecasting, warehousing, inventory control, and distribution
- Ensure timely delivery of materials for elite villas, high rise structures, and signature apartment projects
- Optimize storage solutions, site logistics layouts, and material handling processes to reduce waste and delays
- Manage relationships with suppliers, transport companies, and logistics service providers
- Collaborate closely with procurement, engineering, project management, and site teams
- Negotiate logistics contracts and service agreements to secure competitive pricing and high service quality
- Ensure all logistics operations comply with local regulations, HSE standards, and company policies
- Identify and mitigate risks related to transportation, storage, and material availability
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high performing logistics team across multiple project sites
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in logistics management within the construction or real estate contracting industry
- Proven experience supporting elite villa projects, high rise buildings, and premium residential developments
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, site logistics, and supply chain best practices
- Demonstrated ability to manage large scale, multi site logistics operations
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CSCP, CIPS) preferred
- Experience with ERP systems and digital logistics tools preferred

Job Description
- The Head of Logistics will lead and optimize all logistics, supply chain, and material management operations across multiple high‑value construction projects.
- This role is critical to ensuring seamless coordination between procurement, site teams, suppliers, and subcontractors—particularly within complex, fast‑paced environments involving luxury villas, high‑rise towers, and premium residential developments.
- The ideal candidate brings a minimum of 10 years’ experience in logistics leadership within the construction or real estate contracting sector.

- Lead logistics planning for multiple concurrent projects, ensuring efficient material flow from procurement to site delivery.

- Strong knowledge of construction materials, site logistics, and supply chain best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large‑scale, multi‑site logistics operations.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
