About This Opportunity

Infrastructure and Service Delivery

• Lead infrastructure service delivery across multiple technology domains and ensure SLA and KPI compliance.
• Manage VMware, Nutanix, Microsoft Azure, Windows, UNIX/Linux, storage, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity operations.
• Provide governance for Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Cassandra platforms.
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Exchange, Microsoft 365, and Citrix VDI services.
• Drive IAM, infrastructure security, vulnerability management, patch compliance, and end-of-life risk mitigation.

Leadership and Improvement

• Lead major incident, problem, and change management activities.
• Lead capacity planning, infrastructure resilience, operational risk management, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Manage vendors and service providers, including service performance, governance, and escalations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop infrastructure teams.

What You Will Bring

• 15+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, technology operations, or service delivery environments.
• Experience managing multiple infrastructure technology domains and operational teams.
• Strong enterprise infrastructure operations and ITIL/ITSM expertise.
• Experience with major incidents, service delivery, infrastructure risks, vendor relationships, and operational governance.
• Experience in large-scale enterprise or hybrid IT environments.
• Fluent Arabic and English are mandatory.

Technical and Leadership Qualifications

• Technical expertise across VMware, Nutanix, Windows, UNIX/Linux, storage, backup, databases, Citrix VDI, Microsoft 365, Azure, IAM, NAC, Symantec, and Microsoft Defender.
• Preferred certifications include ITIL, Microsoft Azure, VMware, Nutanix, Citrix, CISSP, CISM, PMP, or PRINCE2.
• Strong leadership, people management, vendor management, stakeholder management, problem-solving, automation, and continuous improvement capabilities.
