- Develop and execute a comprehensive capital raising strategy targeting HNWI and family offices in the GCC
- Proactively identify, prospect, and build relationships with potential investors
- Manage the entire investor lifecycle from initial pitch to closing commitments and ongoing reporting
- Articulate the Fund's investment strategy and value proposition
- Prepare and deliver sophisticated presentation materials for investor meetings
- Leverage network to source and evaluate direct investment and co investment opportunities
- Serve as the Fund's primary ambassador in Dubai and GCC region
- Develop and lead community engagement strategy including hosting events and attending conferences
- Build and nurture a robust network of professional contacts including private bankers and wealth managers
Requirements
- 7+ years in a front office role within finance, with significant capital raising, investor relations, or business development experience
- Verifiable strong existing network of HNW/UHNW individuals, family offices, and key intermediaries in Dubai/GCC
- Deep understanding of financial markets, investment products, and alternative investments (hedge funds/private markets)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
- Fluency in English required; proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage
- Experience in supporting or leading direct transactions, co investments, or deal structuring preferred

Position Overview
- We are looking for a seasoned Investor Relations and Business Development professional to be the face of our Fund in the Middle East.
- Dual mandate: Capital Raising from HNW/UHNW individuals and family offices across GCC, and Strategic Engagement to support direct co investment transactions and community building.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive capital raising strategy targeting HNWI and family offices in the GCC.
- Proactively identify, prospect, and build relationships with potential investors.
- Manage the entire investor lifecycle from initial pitch to closing commitments and ongoing reporting.
- Articulate the Fund's investment strategy, performance, and value proposition.
- Prepare and deliver sophisticated presentation materials.
- Leverage network to source and evaluate direct investment and co investment opportunities.
- Act as key liaison for transaction partners, advisors, and intermediaries.
- Serve as the Fund's primary ambassador in Dubai and GCC region.
- Develop and lead community engagement strategy including hosting and attending high level events.
- Build and nurture a robust network of professional contacts.
Qualifications & Experience
- 7+ years in a front office role within finance with significant capital raising, investor relations, or business development.
- Verifiable strong existing network of HNW/UHNW individuals, family offices, and key intermediaries in Dubai/GCC.
- Deep understanding of financial markets, investment products, and alternative investments.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field. MBA or CFA is a strong plus.
- Experience in supporting or leading direct transactions, co investments, or deal structuring preferred.
- Fluency in English required; proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
