Responsibilities
- Set strategic direction for investment placement across KSA and broader GCC
- Build and lead a high performing Investment Placement Team across Saudi Arabia and Kuwait
- Operate as a principal representative of the business at the highest institutional and board levels
- Identify and close strategic partnerships
- Manage C level investor relationships
- Ensure all activities comply with SAMA and CMA regulations
Requirements
- 10 15 years of experience in investment management, with significant experience in a leadership role
- Experience leading complex negotiations for strategic collaborations and partnerships
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for engaging with C level stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related business field
- Verifiable track record of developing and implementing successful fundraising strategies in KSA and broader GCC markets
- Deep understanding and direct experience with alternative investment products including real estate, private equity, and venture capital
- Strong existing network of relationships with institutional investors, HNW individuals, family offices, and sovereign wealth funds in the GCC
- Demonstrated experience in managing and mitigating risks associated with large scale investment portfolios
- In depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements of SAMA and CMA
- Proven ability to lead, build, and motivate a high performing investment placement team

Description
- A client of byteSpark.ai is seeking a highly accomplished and commercially proven Head of Investment Placement (CO CEO level) to lead and grow their investment business across KSA and the broader GCC.
- The ideal candidate brings a minimum of 10–15 years in investment management, with a significant tenure in senior leadership.
Requirements
- A minimum of 10 15 years of experience in investment management, with significant experience in a leadership role.
- Experience leading complex negotiations for strategic collaborations and partnerships.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for engaging with C level stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related business field.
- Verifiable track record of developing and implementing successful fundraising strategies in the KSA and broader GCC markets.
- Deep understanding and direct experience with alternative investment products, including real estate, private equity, and Venture Capital.
