- Excellent problem solving, decision making, and leadership abilities
- Proven ability to manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships effectively
- Familiarity with emerging technologies and their application in business growth
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP) are a plus

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site role as the Head of Information Technology at a new startup from Sagest.tech, based in Dubai.
- The Head of IT will oversee the strategic direction, management, and execution of the organization's IT initiatives.
- Responsibilities include developing and implementing IT strategies, managing IT operations and infrastructure, and ensuring smooth and secure technology services across all departments.
- The role also involves leading IT teams, optimizing system performance, and aligning technology with business goals to foster innovation and growth.
Qualifications
- Managing the tech from inception with the lean tech startup.
- Proficiency in Information Technology concepts and practices.
- Demonstrated experience in IT Management and IT Operations, including leading and coordinating teams.
