Role Description

The Head of Growth will lead strategic initiatives to drive business expansion, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

This full-time hybrid role is based in Dubai, offering flexibility with a combination of in-office and remote work.

Responsibilities include planning and executing growth marketing strategies, identifying and expanding customer acquisition channels, developing innovative approaches to maximize growth opportunities, driving business development, and collaborating closely with sales to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Growth Marketing and Growth Hacking strategies.
  • Having a blend of Sales, Marketing & Customers Acquisition skills.
  • Strong experience in Customer Acquisition and retention techniques.
  • Demonstrated success in Sales and Business Development activities to grow revenue streams.
  • Ability to think strategically and implement data-driven decisions to drive growth.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with tools and analytics platforms to track performance and campaign success.
  • Experience in the technology or innovation sector is a strong asset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees are preferred.
