Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Chief Operating Officer (COO) position located in Dubai.
- The COO will oversee daily operations, develop and execute strategic business plans, manage budgeting and finance processes, and ensure efficient operations while aligning the company's resources with its goals.
- The role also entails analyzing performance data, setting key performance metrics, and driving operational excellence across all departments.
- Additionally, the COO will play an integral role in fostering innovation and growth within the organization.
- Role will be in a new startup, going from 0 to 1 & 1 to later stages.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Business Planning and Operations Management with proven leadership experience.
- Strong Analytical and Problem Solving Skills for data interpretation and decision making.
- Expertise in Finance and Budgeting to optimize resource allocation and monitor financial performance.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a high pressure, fast paced environment with dynamic priorities.
- A minimum of 5 years of executive level management experience, with a focus on operations and strategic growth.
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
