- Act as an internal career advisor and support employee growth within the Group
- Supervise HR financial control, payroll structures, budgeting, and P&L related HR analysis
- Support management in organizational scaling and international expansion
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources management
- Strong international profile with proven international experience
- Previous experience in e commerce and digital business environments is mandatory
- Strong understanding of HR financial control, budgeting, and P&L management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- English professional proficiency required
- French speaker is considered a very strong plus
