Responsibilities
- Own full growth and monetisation strategy across acquisition, conversion, retention, reactivation, and VIP
- Daily optimisation of ARPU, LTV, CPA, ROI, churn, RTP impact, bonus cost, and deposit behaviour
- Continuous A/B and multivariate testing across funnels, CRM, UX, cashier, onboarding, and product flows
- Deep analysis of player cohorts, segmentation, behavioural patterns, and revenue drivers
- Identify and remove friction points across the entire player journey
- Hands on execution using CRM tools, segmentation engines, bonus systems, and BI dashboards
- Close collaboration with Product, BI, Marketing, and Engineering to drive measurable revenue uplift
Requirements
- Strong experience in iGaming/Mobile Games B2C (casino and/or sportsbook)
- Proven track record of driving revenue through data driven optimisation
- Deep understanding of crypto casino user behaviour, Web3 funnels, and high velocity acquisition
- Ability to build dashboards, interpret complex data sets, and make fast, evidence based decisions
- Hands on operator mentality

What You’ll Own
- Full growth and monetisation strategy across acquisition, conversion, retention, reactivation, and VIP.

What You Bring
- Strong experience in iGaming/Mobile Games B2C (casino and/or sportsbook).
- Proven track record of driving revenue through data driven optimisation.
- Deep understanding of crypto casino user behaviour, Web3 funnels, and high velocity acquisition.
- Ability to build dashboards, interpret complex data sets, and make fast, evidence based decisions.
- Hands on operator mentality — you execute, analyse, and optimise personally.
