The Role

  • As Head of HR & Technology, you will own the end to end global HR technology strategy for an internationally acclaimed, market leading organisation at the forefront of digital HR transformation.
  • Operating across multiple continents and jurisdictions, you will lead a significant, multi regional HR Technology team and act as the primary architect of a people centric digital ecosystem.

What You'll Do

  • Own and lead the global HR technology strategy and roadmap.
  • Drive end to end HRIS implementations and major platform upgrades (Workday, SuccessFactors or equivalent).
  • Champion AI enabled HR transformation.
  • Partner closely with C level and senior HR leadership.
  • Oversee the full HR tech architecture.
  • Build, lead and inspire a high performing global HR Technology team.
  • Lead change management and adoption programmes.
  • Manage strategic vendor relationships, SLA governance and the global HR technology budget.
  • Ensure data integrity, regulatory compliance and security across all HR platforms.
  • Build executive level people analytics capabilities.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of progressive HR Technology, HRIS or People Technology leadership experience.
  • Proven expertise leading global HRIS implementations at scale (Workday, SuccessFactors or comparable enterprise platforms).
  • Deep knowledge of digital HR transformation, AI enabled HR tools, HR data architecture and emerging technologies.
  • Board level credibility and strong business partnering skills.
  • Experience operating within complex, multi country, fast scaling organisations (10,000+ employees strongly preferred).
  • Outstanding stakeholder management, influencing and change management capability.
