- Oversee the preparation and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Lead the company's budgeting, forecasting, and long term financial planning processes
- Monitor financial performance, conduct variance analysis, and provide actionable recommendations
- Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations, tax requirements, and internal financial policies
- Lead external and internal audits and manage relationships with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities
- Oversee cash flow management, working capital optimization, banking relationships, and treasury activities
- Assess investment opportunities, financial risks, and cost optimization strategies
- Strengthen financial controls, enhance governance frameworks, and improve accounting processes
- Provide leadership, guidance, and development opportunities to the finance team
- Support strategic initiatives through financial modeling, business case preparation, scenario analysis, and data driven decision making
- Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies aligned with organizational objectives
- Ensure the integrity of financial reporting and maintain effective internal control systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional qualifications such as CPA, CMA, MBA, or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 5 years of relevant finance experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role
- Strong understanding of budgeting, financial planning, accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards
- Experience managing audits, compliance activities, and financial governance processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and financial software such as Zoho, QuickBooks, or similar platforms
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities
- Experience in preparing financial models, forecasts, and business performance reports
