- HBKU's Minaretein Center seeks a Head of Education Programming to oversee educational program delivery, planning, implementation, and performance monitoring.
Job Role Description
- Contribute to the development and implementation of goals for educational programs in alignment with approved strategic objectives.
- Plan education programs, including timelines, milestones, and delivery processes.
- Lead the execution of education programs and prepare program budgets and operational plans.
- Devise evaluation strategies to monitor performance and determine the need for improvement.
- Supervise all program and project Coordinators and supervisors.
- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Apply change, risk and resource management principles when needed.
- Evaluate reports prepared by Coordinators and Supervisors.
- Ensure program operations and activities adhere to legal guidelines and internal policies.
- Keep senior management informed with detailed and accurate reports or presentations.
- Develop and deliver a program for Quran memorization for both adults and children.
- Collaborate with relevant HBKU units to support design and delivery of targeted education programs.
