About the role
The Head of Data Analytics will lead global digital measurement, marketing intelligence, and insights for Norton Motorcycles.
The role connects data and actions across customer journey stages to support customer-centered, data-backed decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the global analytics and insights strategy.
- Build a connected customer journey view across digital marketing, CRM, dealers, bookings, retail, and ownership.
- Drive performance marketing and lead analytics, optimizing conversion from enquiry through retail.
- Develop attribution models connecting online engagement to real-world sales outcomes.
- Deliver customer, campaign, and market insights for executive decision-making.
- Create a Customer 360 framework and enable personalized engagement strategies.
- Drive experimentation, conversion rate optimization, and data-led optimization across customer touchpoints.
- Enhance dealer and retail funnel visibility across global markets.
