Role Overview

The Head of Creator Partnerships will own the strategy, operations, recruitment, and growth of Blue Guardian’s global affiliate and influencer ecosystem.

This role is responsible for transforming partnerships into a scalable acquisition channel by building systems, processes, outreach infrastructure, creator relationships, onboarding workflows, and performance management frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the global creator and affiliate growth strategy
  • Recruit high-value trading influencers, YouTubers, educators, Discord owners, Telegram communities, and financial creators
  • Build strategic long-term partnerships with creators and trading communities
  • Design and implement scalable affiliate operational systems and workflows
  • Create onboarding, activation, reporting, and retention processes for affiliates
  • Manage affiliate managers, creator recruiters, and partnership coordinators
  • Track affiliate and creator performance metrics
  • Coordinate creator campaigns with marketing and content teams
  • Build and scale the partnerships department over time

Requirements

  • 4+ years in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or partnership growth roles
  • Experience managing creators, affiliates, or influencer ecosystems at scale
  • Experience within prop trading, forex, crypto, fintech, iGaming, sportsbook, or related industries preferred
  • Strong operational and organizational capabilities
  • Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to build scalable systems and processes
  • Strong understanding of creator economics and affiliate business models
  • Data-driven mindset with analytical capabilities
