Responsibilities
- Plan, produce, and publish engaging content that supports Blue Guardian’s brand, trading education initiatives, and talent acquisition efforts
- Research financial markets and proprietary trading topics
- Create written and visual content for websites, social media, and marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with traders and internal stakeholders to translate complex concepts into clear, accessible materials
- Manage content calendars
- Optimize content for digital platforms
- Monitor performance metrics to refine future content
Requirements
- Strong skills in content creation for digital platforms, including writing, basic visual design, and multimedia storytelling
- Experience with social media management, digital marketing, and audience engagement across channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and YouTube
- Ability to research and synthesize information on financial markets, trading strategies, and industry trends into clear, educational content
- Competence in basic content planning, campaign coordination, and the use of analytics tools to measure and improve content performance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are an advantage
- Comfort working on site in Dubai in a collaborative, fast paced trading and fintech environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Prior experience creating content for finance, trading, investing, or technology sectors is highly beneficial
