About the Role

Requirements
- 3+ years full stack web development experience
- Strong React, ideally Next.js (App Router), with TypeScript
- Production Python backend experience with Django
- PostgreSQL (and MySQL) — schema design and query work
- Comfortable integrating REST APIs and third party platforms
- Writes code defensively; understands securing customer data and payment adjacent flows
- Able to own work end to end and collaborate in a small team
- WordPress / WooCommerce development

Role Overview
- We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer to own projects end to end across our web and trading platforms.
- You’ll build and maintain our customer facing sites and portals (Next.js) and contribute to our Python based backend systems.
- This is a hands on role for someone who can take a project and run it independently, and who wants to go deep on fintech.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements (must have)
- 3+ years full stack web development experience

Nice to have
- Fintech / trading domain experience (CFD, prop trading, or similar) strongly preferred
- AWS (EC2/RDS/S3), Docker, CI/CD (GitHub Actions)
- Headless CMS (PayloadCMS or similar)
