Overview
The Head of Corporate Finance & Treasury will oversee group treasury operations, funding strategy, and capital structure management.
This role will manage cash flow, liquidity planning, and banking relationships.
A key mandate will be supporting refinancing, new funding, and investment initiatives.
The role will also oversee financial risk management, including FX and interest rate exposure.
Close collaboration with CFOs and executive leadership is required.
