Overview

  • Foreground is partnering with a leading production house company specializing in printing, booths manufacturing, and branding solutions, based in the UAE to find an experienced Production Manager.
  • A results oriented Production Manager with expertise in managing diverse production operations and a proven ability to optimize workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and manage all production operations, including printing, booth construction, gift item production, event setups, and branding projects.
  • Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining high levels of efficiency and cost effectiveness.
  • Monitor workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance productivity.
  • Oversee quality control processes to ensure all products and services meet the company's high standards.
  • Develop and enforce quality assurance protocols to minimize errors and waste.
  • Address and resolve production related issues promptly.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the production team to foster a collaborative and high performing work environment.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and capabilities of team members.
  • Monitor team performance and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels to support uninterrupted production processes.
  • Negotiate with vendors to secure the best terms and cost savings.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in a production house, printing, events, or branding environment.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes for printing, booth construction, gift item manufacturing, and event branding.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve operational excellence.
  • Excellent problem solving, decision making, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations in production environments
