Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and manage all production operations, including printing, booth construction, gift item production, event setups, and branding projects
- Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining high levels of efficiency and cost effectiveness
- Monitor workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance productivity
- Oversee quality control processes to ensure all products and services meet company standards
- Develop and enforce quality assurance protocols to minimize errors and waste
- Lead, mentor, and manage the production team to foster a collaborative and high performing work environment
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies
- Maintain optimal inventory levels to support uninterrupted production processes
- Ensure all production activities comply with health and safety regulations
- Oversee the production and execution of branding materials for events, exhibitions, and other marketing activities
- Prepare and present regular reports on production metrics, costs, and performance to senior management
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in a production house, printing, events, or branding environment
- Strong knowledge of production processes for printing, booth construction, gift item manufacturing, and event branding
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve operational excellence
- Excellent problem solving, decision making, and communication skills
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in production environments

- Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining high levels of efficiency and cost effectiveness.

- Address and resolve production related issues promptly.

Qualifications
