- Lead remediation resulting from investigations or consequence management processes

- Extensive experience in ethics and compliance, with deep knowledge of anti bribery and corruption, antitrust, anti money laundering, human rights, and related areas
- Proven leadership experience managing a team of compliance professionals
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to partner with business leaders
- Experience in risk assessment, third party due diligence, and monitoring
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to lead remediation and consequence management processes

Our Exciting Opportunity
- This is an expanded and strategically important role. The Head of Compliance for Market Area EMEA carries a broad mandate, reflecting Ericsson's commitment to a holistic, forward looking approach to integrity, compliance and risk management across the business.
- The role encompasses the full spectrum of ethics and compliance risk: anti bribery and corruption, antitrust and competition, anti money laundering, human rights, anti fraud, anti terrorism, reputational risk, and beyond.
- As Head of Compliance EMEA, you will lead a team of compliance and risk professionals in a dynamic and exciting region.
In this role you will be expected to
- Lead and manage all aspects of the Market Area's Ethics and Compliance program, ensuring it enables the business to operate successfully within a robust framework of controls and ethical standards.
- Act as a solution oriented trusted advisor, actively supporting business stakeholders in proactively identifying, owning and managing compliance and broader risk matters.
- Drive a robust culture of ethics, integrity and compliance and a sense of shared responsibility, empowering business leaders to take ownership of risk.
- Champion Business Success, Be a trusted advisor to the business, providing strategic and tactical solutions.
- Lead with Integrity, Act with integrity and do the right thing, always.
- Lead and Develop Your People, build expert capability across the Compliance team.
- Working in partnership with the EMEA Head of Legal, lead horizon scanning and emerging risk identification across the Market Area.
- Lead the Market Area's Ethics and Compliance related governance activities, managing relevant committees and boards.
- Oversee, together with colleagues in Compliance and other group functions, the engagement, due diligence, and ongoing monitoring of third parties.
- Lead training and awareness initiatives, with the support of other Compliance colleagues.
- Assess and manage actual or potential conflicts of interest, expenditure risks, and engagements with public officials.
- Lead remediation resulting from investigations or other consequence management processes across the Market Area.
To be successful in this role, you should have
- Extensive experience in ethics and compliance, with deep knowledge of anti bribery and corruption, antitrust, anti money laundering, human rights, and related areas.
- Proven leadership experience managing a team of compliance professionals.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to partner with business leaders.
- Experience in risk assessment, third party due diligence, and monitoring.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead remediation and consequence management processes.
