- Legal degree strongly preferred
- Experience operating in high risk markets in the region
- Proven track record partnering with senior business leaders
- Experience managing a large diverse team across multiple locations

- Head of Compliance for Market Area EMEA with broad mandate covering ethics and compliance risk including anti bribery, antitrust, anti money laundering, human rights, anti fraud, anti terrorism, reputational risk.
In this role you will be expected to
- Lead and manage all aspects of the Market Area's Ethics and Compliance program

To be successful in this role, you should have
- Strong ethics, compliance and risk management credentials with at least 10 years experience
- Legal degree strongly preferred
- Experience operating in the region including high risk markets
- Proven track record partnering with senior business leaders
- Experience in matrixed organization
- Ability to simplify complex topics
- Ability to take ownership of complex problems
- Experience managing large diverse team
- Impeccable judgement and discretion
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- Working proficiency in languages relevant to the Market Area preferred
- Ability to work across time zones and travel internationally
