Qualifications

§ Bachelor of Science with Engineering background

§ Master’s in Business Administration or in a technical field preferred

Experience

§ Minimum 10 years outside sales experience, selling services in parking management, construction or a related technology-based industry;

§ Proven record of success achieving sales targets and of managing a team

Primary functions

§ In conjunction with the CEO, develop objectives and strategies in support of overall company business development goals in the all projects.

§ Perform and manage research and client contact to identify and prioritize potential customers.

§ Prepare and execute business development action plans for specific targets.

§ Secure new sources of viable business for the Company

§ Promote and maintain a high level of visibility for Company’s services and brand.

§ Provide ongoing high grade commercial intelligence to Company's strategic decision makers.

§ Maintain commercial direction via a Strategic Sales Plan.

§ Supervise the development of proposals, presentations and brochure materials.

Train and assist project personnel committed in proposals to make effective presentations.

§ Maintain high level relationships with the Company’s existing clients and partners.

§ Meet client’s needs prior to contract execution.

Provide advice, liaison, planning, etc. to prospective and current clients.

§ Assist management and estimating with sales process and final close.

§ Perform additional assignments as requested by the CEO.

§ Within the broad corporate dictate, develop specific objectives and strategies to maintain an overall effective corporate business development program.

§ Serve as a member of the holding management team providing direction and technical advice to identify & prioritize potential markets and clients.

§ Follow and maintain Company standards of Quality in accordance with Company

§ Quality System requirements

§ Develop and direct a strong plan for resource acquisition, operations expansion, mergers, and strategic alliances.

Grow Business Development team that can effectively execute the plan.

§ Establish company growth plan that is creative, innovative and entrepreneurial in coordination with the CEO.

§ Analyze, manage, and execute key corporate strategic initiatives.

§ Serve as a principal thinker, creator and implementer of new resource opportunities and relationships.

§ Identify trends impacting the company and compile periodic competitive and industry analyses to support strategic executive decision making.

§ Devise, develop and deliver a comprehensive strategic and tactical plan for business development department.

§ Create and implement a comprehensive multi-year Business Development plan to enhance the corporate competitive edge and boost the company turnover.

§ Serve on the Holding Leadership team and play a key role in shaping team-up for growth strategies as they relate to program expansion and resource acquisition.

§ Build business cases from scratch, business studies, feasibility studies and related management and board level presentation materials.

§ Work in partnership with the business core departments to ensure continuity of information and goals between staff, executive management and the market.

§ Establish a comprehensive communications plan for development.

Personal Competencies

  • Ability to communicate fluently in English
  • Arabic is desirable
  • Knowledge of International Clients, Local Market and construction.
  • Knowledge of Company Services, Policies and Procedures.
  • Must have excellent presentation, relationship building, networking, interpersonal, leadership, selling and Business development skills.
  • Computer literate to a basic/advance level.
  • Must also possess excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Project management.
  • Research and Report writing skills.
