Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results oriented Sales Executive to promote integrated parking and mobility solutions, including automated parking systems, valet services, and shuttle transportation services.
The role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across commercial, residential, hospitality, healthcare, and events sectors
- Promote and sell a range of services including:
- Automated and smart parking systems
- Parking management solutions
- Valet parking services
- Shuttle and transportation services
- Conduct client meetings, site assessments, and solution presentations
- Prepare customized proposals combining parking systems and service solutions
- Coordinate with operations teams for valet and shuttle service planning and execution
- Build strong relationships with property developers, facility managers, hotels, malls, and event organizers
- Achieve sales targets and revenue growth objectives
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and client needs
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field (preferred)
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales (experience in parking, hospitality, transport, or facility services is a strong advantage)
- Strong understanding of service-based sales (valet, transport, or operations-related services)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to handle both technical solutions and service-based offerings
- Valid driving license (for field visits)
- Arabic knowledge is must

- Familiar with CRM, and basic IT skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with hotels, malls, airports, or large facilities
