To assist in analyzing financial information and prepare financial reports periodically with in timelines.
To determine or maintain record of assets, liabilities, profit and loss and tax liability.
To ensure all disclosures of financials availability accurately.
Job Description
- Operate computers programmed with accounting software to record, store, and analyze information.
- Ensure right time entries posting regularly and accurately.
- Understand and comply with financial regulations and legislation of Bahrain, and company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Assist in financials preparation and .financials schedules as part of monthly financials reporting
- Follow cash flow planning and ensure right time payments to Vendors and followup with debtors.
- .Ensure Budget controls over the actuals
- .Assist in statutory & internal auditing
- .Maintain Fixed asset registers, prepaid schedules and provisions schedules
- Timely submission of VAT returns and arrange all the ministry payments
- Assist in Budget preparation
- Revenue Reconciliation against the receipts and ensure timely deposits and recording in
- Prepare adjusting journal entries.
- Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting, or other tax requirements.
- Monitor status of loans and accounts to ensure that payments are up to date
- Generate AP Invoices in system and ensure proper documentation
- Continuously improve job’s relevant customer services at all times
- Explore creative approaches, practical solutions to solve problems and seek diverse solution to work issues
- Proactively take steps towards influencing or promoting positive culture changes at all times
- Minimize, manage and eliminate all types of job waste.
- Follow all general company policies and procedures.
- ***Complete any other assignments or responsibilities as defined by management on a daily or continuing basis.***
Qualification
BSc/Ba in Accounting, Finance or relevant field.
Required
MS Office, English Language written and spoken, mathematical skills, attention to detail, analytical skills, planning skills, Proficiency with computers and bookkeeping software, strong typing skills
CPA,
Exceptional time management and verbal and written communication skills
