Requirements
- Deep knowledge of the Infrastructure & Real Estate markets
- Proven experience leading business development for a global or regional practice group, sector or division
- Demonstrable experience leading, motivating and developing high performing BD and Marketing teams
- Extensive business development and marketing experience gained within a legal or professional services environment
- Track record of managing multiple senior stakeholders and driving growth
- Experience designing and implementing regional/global sales enablement tools
- Leadership of high impact business development initiatives
- Proven experience in the design, research and delivery of regional/global thought leadership and activation
- Experience using data driven insight and A.I. tools to inform strategy
- Fluent in both verbal and written English

Candidate Overview
