Job Overview
The Head of Business Development - GCC will lead regional growth initiatives in the forex and fintech sectors.
The role is responsible for strategic partnerships, departmental performance, and long-term partner relationships.
Main Responsibilities
- Own Introducing Broker performance and growth in the GCC, including revenue, volume, and market-expansion targets.
- Develop and execute a GCC strategic action plan and deliver measurable market-growth outcomes.
- Lead and coach Business Development Managers and manage departmental KPIs and corrective actions.
- Acquire new partnerships, expand existing relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Analyze partner performance and market data to optimize strategies and departmental performance.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Management, Economics, or another relevant field.
- At least 5 years of Business Development and Introducing Broker experience in Forex or Fintech.
- At least 2-3 years of managerial experience overseeing IB and Business Development teams.
- Excellent command of Arabic and English in strategic and commercial contexts.
- Experience in leadership, relationship management, negotiation, pitching, and partner performance optimization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for pivot tables, analysis, and reporting.
- Deep understanding of financial markets, including forex, crypto, or related trading sectors.
