Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Develop service packages, proposals, delivery methods, and a practical division launch plan.
• Lead senior client discussions, diagnose needs, and agree deliverables, responsibilities, and milestones.
• Supervise consultants and specialist providers and review recommendations and final client outputs.
• Manage project capacity, client relationships, commercial performance, and contracted-work quality.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in business, economics, finance, engineering, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• At least 10 years in consulting or business advisory, including 5 years leading engagements and teams.
• Demonstrated UAE or GCC client delivery supported by implementation and business-results examples.
• Strong proposal writing, engagement scoping, team leadership, and commercial judgement.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Preferred Strengths

• MBA or a relevant consulting qualification is preferred.
• Professional Arabic is preferred.
• Experience supporting businesses expanding between Egypt and the UAE is preferred.

Expected Contribution

• Establish the initial service catalogue, engagement templates, and quality review process.
• Build a credible pipeline with deliverable projects.

Work Location

• The role is based in person at the Dubai office.
